Working Principle of Multilayer High Accuracy Gyratory Fine Screening Machine for Petroleum Coke​:

   The total gyratory movement of the square gyratory sifter can rapidly spread, stratify and separate the material. The unique gyratory motion can quickly spread the material across the full width of screen at the feed end, driving the particles move forward contact with the screen surface. The large horizontal amplitude can improve the sieving effect of the near-size particles, and can improve the material handling capacity of the machine.

   How does the gyratory sifter work? The gyratory sifter is also called reciprocating screener from the motion of screen box. The vibratory force produced by the driving device is the inertial force twining along the dead axle, the direction of which is changed according to a certain regular. The essence of gyratory sifter is the reciprocating intertia force formed by the rotation of eccentric wheel winding the dead axle. According to the structure characteristics and working principle of gyratory screen, its screen surface is arranged with level or incline (the angle of inclination is 0~5 degree). Working principle of gyratory screen is that after starting the screen machine, the shaking body of screen machine namely screen box make ront-rear reciprocating motion under the action of the inertial force, screen box drives screen surface to make periodic shaking, which makes the materials on the screen surface to make directional jumping movement with the screen box. During the period, the material less than the aperture of the screen surface fall to under layer through the sieve mesh to became the screen underflow. The material greater than the aperture of the screen surface is discharged from the discharge gate after the continuous roll jumping movement and finally complete screening work.
