Working Principle of Flow-thru Direct Discharge Vibrating Circular Separator Screens:
The low profile flow-thru separator uses vertical vibration motor as excitation source. This motor is equipped on both sides with an eccentric hammer. The rotation of vibrating motor will produce a 3-D Motion consisting of horizontal,vertical and incline motion. This power can accelerate the flow of the undersize which can be discharged vertically to the next process.
